1. Property Search

Think of us as your property cupid, match-making. We help you find a property that meets all your needs and preferences.

2. Property Viewing

We view all properties first and create a shortlist for you to save you time looking at properties that would be unsuitable.

​

3. Property Report

Once we've got a shortlist, we view these properties with you to answer any questions you might have. We also run a report on each property that highlights its history, any planning and comparisons on the market.

​

4. Negotiation

Once we have found your property, we speak to the selling agent and start the negotiation process. Because of the relationships we have with these agents, we can have very honest conversations with them.

​

5. Offer

By this point we know what your limits would be. When we negotiate the offer, we always aim to get the best purchase price possible.

​

6. Solicitor Process

Once we've got the offer accepted, we start the conversation between both solicitors, setting the expectations for time scales and preferred correspondence methods.

7. Survey

On the day of the survey taking place, we will speak to the surveyor and get a heads up on any potential issues, so that we can negotiate these into the final offer.

​

8. Search Report

Once the searches and survey have come back, we will look over them and advise you if any action is needed.

​

9. Communication

We will continually speak to both solicitors throughout the process to ensure that the process keeps moving forward and keeps to the time scale.

​

10. Final Touches

Once the contracts are signed, we help arrange removals, agree on a time scale with the selling agent for the move day and meet you at the property to welcome you home and ensure that everything went to plan.
